Nickel Plated Early "Underwriters" 2 1/2 gal. Soda Acid Fire Extinguisher
as mfg. By the Knight & Thomas Company of Boston, Mass. This extinguisher is
in good original condition and is dated "Pat'd Apr. 9, 1895 & Feb. 8, 1898.
It measures 23" high x 7 1/4" in diameter. It shows a little nickel wear and
age build-up. It does not have the acid bottle or stopper. The last check
tag is still attached is dated May 1st, 1946.
